3. Vitamin C 

Vitamin C is gaining popularity worldwide due to the Govt-19 epidemic. So children can be given foods that are high in citric acid, which can provide vitamin C, such as oranges, nuts, lemons, apples, bananas, beetroot and tomatoes. These foods boost their immune system.


4. Avoid unhealthy foods


When our children eagerly ask for foods they like, such as pizza or pak, it can be hard to deny. But it must be denied. By refusing to do so we are helping their physical well-being. Children should not be given unhygienic or hygienic foods available on the streets due to the high reproduction of bacteria during this rainy season.

5. Maintaining individual human health


In the current epidemic environment, maintaining individual human hygiene and hygiene is one of the most important.
