Countries including Bangladesh, Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates are celebrating Friends Day next Sunday. In 1958 the World Friendship Crusade organization first created Friends Day. On April 27, 2011, the General Assembly of the United Nations officially declared July 30 as Friends' Day.
