Yogurt is an essential nutrient. Fermented yogurt is good for children and adults alike. Whereas quality yogurt is available, horse horn is available. They will keep it as it is and keep it in the fridge.

To avoid this, we can make and use healthy curd at home. We can make yogurt especially without the envelope yogurt needed to convert it into milk yogurt. Culinary expert Nisha Madulika says that's how it is.

Ingredients for making curd


1 liter- boiled milk

2 - green chilies or red chilies

1 - Lemon


What you need to do:


The main ingredient needed to make yogurt is a starter or yeast. Here we will see how to make a starter first. Take the boiled milk in a pot and heat it moderately. Now place 2 green or red chilies with the stalk in the milk. Then squeeze 2 teaspoons of lemon juice in it. Then place the pot in a moderately warm place for 10 to 12 hours. Then open it and the starter you were eagerly waiting for will be ready.


Now let’s see how to make yogurt. Take the boiled milk in a pot and heat it moderately. Then take 2 tbsp starter and place in it. Then transfer the milk to another bowl. Then place in a moderately warm place for 7 to 8 hours. If you open it now, you will have the healthy yogurt you want.

Always use creamy milk to make yogurt.

Let the milk boil and then let it cool well for a few minutes.

Always use chili with the stem. The juice in the stem helps to give the yogurt an inherently sour taste.

This will be a different one than the taste of yogurt.


This yogurt would be super if eaten immediately. Keep it in the refrigerator to prevent it from becoming sour if you plan to eat it late. Enjoy making curd this way!
